I think this ties in very nicely with the Theory building view of programming.

Needing to ask your coworkers for information is a feature, not a bug. It does lead to issues where you can be bottlenecked, or blocked on a crucial task. That case does lead to something that could be worth solving. Though maybe the solution is “be blocked and go do something else”. I see some desire for documentation that feels like “I had to ask my coworkers for information” and I’m trying to solve that issue.
