I read this little article yesterday I liked:

It talks about the process of learning being important. The journey and the context. It uses GitHub issue discussion as a good example of this.

It seems important to ask why I’m doing stuff.

Being reminded to ask why seems important too when working with AIs. I find it very easy to kinda fall into a pretty unmotivated(?) problem solver when talking to these agents. Just kinda low energy prodding at it to see if it can magically solve your problems without me investing my energy.

And that very rarely (never?) actually works, but then I waste a bunch of time and energy anyway.

This is kinda tied to that energy issue I talked about in: AI tools can help with cold starts

I think AIs can trick me into thinking I’m being productive.
