I read through Artsy Engineering Principles and a lot of it is super resonant for me. Several principles of theirs put words to things I believe in a lot.

Especially “incremental revolution”, “being nice is nice”, “minimal viable process”, and “leverage your impact”.

“Open source by default” is another one I really liked, but hadn’t thought about before.

“Psychological safety” is also great and critical, but this is something I always see talked about and this didn’t seem particularly profound in application. Good to say it out loud though.
